Laura Dearing Elementary School

Laura Dearing Elementary is an at-risk Title 1 school that has historically been under performing.  With new administration, new teachers, and new expectations for our students; we are turning the school around. 

The school environment is a crucial aspect of school reform.  Unfortunately, over the years, this school has been neglected, and not maintained at district standards.  We want to use your donations to provide our students with a clean, well maintained, and inviting campus. 

Since soccer is a favorite pastime of the students here at Dearing, we would begin this process by refurbishing our field.  Last school year, we were unable to host after school soccer games because we didn't have adequate grass in our field.  Our students are already looking forward to the new grass that will be installed with your donations.
