The LCC Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by Leukoencephalopathy with Brain Calcifications and Cysts (LCC), also known as Labrune Syndrome—a rare, neurodegenerative condition with no known cure.

Founded by a mother after her sons’ diagnoses, our mission is to connect, support, and advocate for those navigating the challenges of LCC. We empower patients and families by fostering a supportive community, advancing research, and promoting early diagnosis and treatment pathways.

Through education, awareness campaigns, and strategic collaborations with leading researchers and medical professionals, we are working toward a future where no family faces LCC alone—and where life-changing treatments become a reality.
