About Leadership Arlington

Leadership Arlington’s continuum of leadership training ensures that leaders at any age level are equipped with tools to meet the needs of our region. 

Currently, Leadership Arlington’s membership is comprised of more than 1,000 key leaders representing more than 500 organizations in our region, connecting the our community across all sectors—public, private and nonprofit. Our members contribute over 8,000 volunteer hours annually to our community, representing over $170,000 in donated time, and enjoy a 95% membership retention rate over the 16-year history of the organization.

Leadership Arlington’s programming includes the Youth Program, Young Professionals Program, Signature Program, Leadership Center for Excellence. The organization’s growth has deepened our impact in the community with programs designed to inspire volunteerism, philanthropy and civic engagement in the community's leaders.
