The Pioneer Valley is a vibrant area that faces a brain-drain of talent professionals regularly leaving.  As a result, we have a shortage of emerging and mid-career leaders that can take up leadership as droves of baby-boomers retire.  We also are fragmented racially, geographically, and by sector.  LPV breaks down those barriers by bringing together diverse existing and emerging leaders from all employment sectors and all three counties.  Our flagship program is a 10-month regional leadership development program.

We also provide support to area non-profits through project teams and board placements.  Teams have worked on a variety of issues like access to higher education, youth violence, climate change, and attracting and retaining young professionals.
