LGW has successfully connected over 1,300 top decision-makers in the Greater Washington region since 1987.

Each year LGW identifies and connects diverse leaders and through connection and education, LGW stimulates collaborative efforts, promotes dialogue, cooperation and involvement; enabling area leaders to find effective solutions to regional challenges.

Each year, LGW also selects 50 youth leaders across the region to create a similar region-changing network: Youth Leadership Greater Washington. Over the course of six months youth leaders explore the region, their leadership styles and meet like-minded youth who's paths may never have crossed without this unique program.

Thanks to the generosity of corporate and individual investors, the participation fee of $2,000 has been waived for each student. Your donation can enable YLGW youth leaders an opportunity to make long-lasting connections and learn lifelong lessons about themselves and the community in which we all live.
