LEAD Athletes

LEAD was founded to develop young athletes in preparation for life through life skills and leadership to be prepared for whatever life may throw at them. We promote the importance of learning skills outside of athletics that will help them within their athletic careers as well as becoming well-rounded individuals for their future lives. LEAD was created by athletes who understand the importance of learning these skills BEFORE reaching the college age because life happens to all of us no matter what our goals and dreams are. We hope to create a life for our athletes where they feel they can dream and achieve anything; a life they feel is not relied on reaching the highest level in their sport.
