League of Women Voters of Wisconsin Inc

The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin is a non-partisan citizens’ organization that has fought since 1920 to improve our government and engage all citizens in the decisions that impact their lives. The League promotes clean, responsive government in Wisconsin and expands statewide voter participation.

By giving through The Big Share, your contribution will help the League of Women Voters to: 

- Provide non-partisan voter guides with candidates’ own answers as to how to solve current problems facing Wisconsinites
- Schedule candidate forums and interviews
- Create and distribute up-to date-information on voter registration and photo IDs needed to vote
-  Organize nonpartisan election observers throughout the state of Wisconsin 

The League and its members strongly believe in Wisconsin voters’ ability to make up their own minds when they have good information and the League is committed to providing that information. Our members are actively engaging and educating citizens at the community level as well as working to improve our system of government. Members volunteer to impact public policies through education and advocacy.

Current League of Women Voters of Wisconsin priorities include:

- Supporting Wisconsin public schools so every child can have a great education.
- Protecting our waters and safe natural resources for healthy families.
- Defending a foundation of democracy that elections should be free, fair, and accessible.
