Fishing offers families invaluable time together outdoors—an opportunity increasingly lost in today’s busy lifestyles. Learn 2 Fish With Us is aimed directly at helping youth and families come together to learn the lost art of fishing by educating them through free fishing workshops.

Learn 2 Fish With Us has been hosting free fishing clinics since 2006, teaching more than 20,000 kids and families throughout Wisconsin how to fish at 250+ FREE workshops.

Your gift will make a reel difference to kids & families for years to come and will support:

  • Updated educational materials for fishing clinics
  • Recruitment and training of volunteers
  • Training program for new angler educators

Learn 2 Fish With Us owes its early success to Greg Karch, founder and professional fisherman from Northeast Wisconsin. Because of his vision, dedication, passion for fishing—and many out-of-pocket contributions—Learn 2 Fish With Us has been able to teach thousands of people across Wisconsin without ever asking for a dime.

Today, Captain Greg’s free fishing clinics have generated so much interest and momentum that the Board has decided to begin raising funds to ensure that what Greg started can continue for years. Your donations will help us launch higher quality fishing workshops, help us invest in much-needed workshop equipment and educational materials, and support a broader network of angler-educators and volunteers so we can expand our reach throughout Wisconsin and beyond!

The Learn 2 Fish With Us Board of Directors is committed to building on Captain Greg’s success and invigorating the sport of fishing all across the state—and eventually the country! Can we reel you in to help a child or family learn to fish for a lifetime?
