Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada Inc

Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is dedicated to protecting the rights of children, families, the elderly and disabled, immigrants, and victims of crime.  Our mission is the preservation of access to justice and the provision of quality legal counsel, advice and representation for individuals who are unable to protect their rights because they cannot afford an attorney.  We help victims of domestic violence with TPOs, divorce and custody matters.  We assist clients with consumer fraud cases, illegal towing, housing issues, bankruptcy, guardianship and social security appeals.  We advocate on behalf of children in foster care and help with educational issues.  We also provide guidance and representation to immigrant victims of crime and survivors of the October 1 mass shooting.  We have an amazing cadre of pro bono attorneys who help us meet the need in our community for legal services.  Last year, we served close to 126,000 individuals across all of our program areas.
