LKLP Community Action Agency is a nonprofit organization with a heart and helping hands. Every individual or family that comes to us with a need is treated with respect and provided with a holistic array of services.  LKLP is more than just an agency that offers services.  We roll up our sleeves, help plant community gardens and start seeds for our senior citizens. We offer free youth camps for at-risk youth that encourage them to safely enjoy our natural surroundings and offer them the opportunity to learn aviation skills.  We are engaged and excited about improving our communities and the quality of life in our area of South Eastern Kentucky. LKLP is more than just an agency that offers services, we see a need and we work to raise money to meet that need.  Whether it is building a home for a family in need or making sure that someone has proper clothing and interview skills for a job interview, we are there to help.  We remind our clients that it is often the darkest before dawn and help those without hope, see hope is alive and well in our area.  Whether it is helping those battling substance abuse issues or a child with a terminal illness, we are here doing what we can and finding help for what we cannot.  Please donate to LKLP and help us keep hope alive.
