Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - Tri-State Chapter

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is at the forefront of the fight to cure cancer. We are the largest nonprofit dedicated to creating a world without blood cancers. The LLS mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. 

Since 1949, we’ve invested nearly $1.3 billion in groundbreaking research, pioneering many of today’s most innovative approaches. We work tirelessly to find cures and ensure patients can access the lifesaving treatments they need. When someone experiences the fear and uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis, we provide hope, compassion, education and support. And we are making an impact in the cancer community.

How do we impact the Cincinnati Area?

• $1.35 million invested in 3 local research grants (locally in the Tri-State)
•  $1.3 billion invested nationally since the inception of LLS
•  $46 million invested in new research nationally last year
•  $904,571 was distributed to 434 patients through Co Pay and travel Assistance program (locally in the Tri-State)
