Lewis Center for Educational Research

The Lewis Center for Educational Research is participating in GivingTuesday 2022, and we need YOUR help! On the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, we will celebrate a day of giving where you can join a global generosity movement and become an integral part of the Lewis Center Story and Success.

The Lewis Center is home to two award-winning charter schools: Academy for Academic Excellence and Norton Science and Language Academy, as well as global and local programs such as our Goldstone Apple Valley Radio Telescope (GAVRT), Apple Valley Center for Innovation (AVCI), NSLA Spanish Dual Immersion program, AAE Space Force Junior ROTC, Pioneer Replica Town: Mineral City, and so much more!

Over 30 years ago, the Lewis Center was nothing but a mere dream of a local science center for our youth to safely engage in hands-on, innovative lessons and activities. Today, our reach spans over 615 teachers, 454 schools, 22 Education Institutions, 48 States, 17 Countries, 3 U.S. Territories, and more than 60,000 students. You can say we’ve grown a bit…but one thing is for sure, we couldn’t have done it without the kindness and generosity of our dedicated supporters like YOU!

2. Give. On November 29th, we will be kicking off a special campaign to raise a goal of $25,000 for Lewis Center schools and programs to keep thriving. Eager to show your support? Donate TODAY!
3. Spread the word. Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to join you. Share on social media what our mission and story means to you. Use the special hashtag #LCERGiving when sharing the LCER story!
