Life Development Corporation

Life Development Corporation (LDC) is excited about our growing relationship in the community.  Since its’ founding by Pastor Timothy Findley Jr. in 2008 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, LDC has been housed in the heart of the Newburg Community.  As the Community Development Corporation of Kingdom Fellowship Christian Life Center, LDC’s mission is to facilitate positive change in the Newburg and Metro Louisville community by effectively enhancing the quality of life for all residents through social, economic, and educational initiatives. 

Upholding its vision, LDC seeks to partner and collaborate with individuals and organizations in the Newburg Community and beyond; to promote positive and healthy lifestyles and provide programs that will address the challenges and meet the needs of our community.  LDC’s vision is seen through five focal points: Physical, Social, Intellectual, Financial, and Political.

As an organization we are excited about providing and participating in healthy initiatives that foster a sense of pride in community members.  Over the past five years, LDC has successfully implemented outreach programs such as Blessings in a Basket and MOVE & LOVE Development Academy.  Along with the continued success of these programs, our newest outreach program, Life Garden, promises to be a much-needed resource for the community. 

As an organization, it is our belief that communities are empowered through the collaborative outreach efforts of many.  Ultimately helping us to meet the needs of the community around us.  As we continue to grow, we invite you to learn more about our involvement and commitment to the community.
