Life Support is committed to eliminating unnecessary death and suffering for travelers over I-90 Snoqualmie Pass and the visitors and citizens of rural Upper Kittitas County.

Description

Life Support is asking for your help to solve a glaring problem as the critical needs in responding to I-90 and surrounding recreational areas continue to increase.

Preparedness is key.

Life Support's call to ACTION is "WE MUST BE PREPARED"! The answer today is, "WE ARE STILL NOT PREPARED."

WE MUST BE PREPARED to respond to the millions each year that travel through the I-90 corridor from Snoqualmie Pass to Cle Elum. I-90 is a beautiful yet often-dangerous mountainous wilderness corridor that our volunteer firefighters respond to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) 24/7. We are also the initial responders for state wildland fires in our region. 

With your support, people would no longer be impacted and suffer because of slow emergency response times, lack of equipment, and insufficiently trained volunteers. The demands of our volunteer responders are affected daily and even more so during hard transitional winter weather.

Until it can truthfully be said ~ No matter what the outcome, tragic or joyful, loved ones deserve to know everything that could have been done ...was done.

Life Support continues to raise funds for apparatus, medical equipment and supplies, extrication equipment, TRAINING, and more to serve you in your greatest time of need. Perhaps the life you save is your very own.  Please help us improve our EMS system's capacity in our region.
