Lilys Pad - A Playground for Vulnerable Kids!

How many times has your child caught a cold? Or the flu? You probably kept them home from school a few days, gave them some medicine to relieve the symptoms and filled them up with fluids and healthy foods. But what if that cold or flu was something your child's immune system couldn't fight off? What if that low grade fever sent you packing your bags and driving to the ER? What if your child's medical condition warranted a card in your wallet that "Fast Passed" them straight through the hospital registration process?  

Imagine the struggles you'd face, the fears you would live with.  

This is the life of a parent of an immunocompromised child.  On top of all the worries of just basic survival, this parent also has to deal with an isolated, lonely child whose mental and emotional health is constantly being tested by the limitations of their physical health.

Lily's Pad will be a hyper-clean, indoor playground designed specifically for immunocompromised children and their families to escape the isolation and quarantine they often live in. With specialized air filtration, carefully selected play materials and a focus on safety and health protocols, Lily's Pad will be a safe place for these kids to play while focusing on their mental and emotional health.
