Lincoln Youth Lacrosse Association

The sport of lacrosse is growing across the country, across the state and now across Lincoln. Lincoln Youth Lacrosse Association was formed to educate youth players, coaches, and fans about the sport of lacrosse with a focus on sportsmanship, skill development, and competitive spirit. This year our parent volunteers organized a competitive team and a group of 17 kids was able to travel to Omaha and Iowa, playing other club teams. They improved their skills, promoted the sport and had so much fun. Now our goal is to continue to grow our number of players and teams to organize our own league locally. We keep our costs low in order to keep the sport inclusive to all families. We are hoping to raise money for equipment to offer families a place to let their kids play lacrosse, borrow equipment to try the sport, improve their skills, and have lots of fun. We strive to grow the sport in Nebraska and provide full 10 vs. 10 lacrosse for youth players.
