Your gift will make a difference in the lives of adults in our community.  With your partnership, families will be changed for the better.  Learners will reach their goals:  reading to their children, gaining meaningful employment, talking with their supervisor, and scheduling a doctor's appointment.

1 in 7 adults in Dane County struggle with reading and writing.  This is equivalent to more than 55,000 members of our community who are affected by low literacy.  

In 2014, Literacy Network provided nearly 31,000 instructional hours to adult learners, Each hour of instruction cost just $21.86.
