About the Live Like Blaine Foundation

The Live Like Blaine Foundation honors Blaine Steinberg, an accomplished athlete, student and leader who passed away suddenly in March 2014, just two weeks shy of her 21st birthday.  The glass of Blaine's life was always overflowing with joy and energy.  Her relentlessly positive outlook inspired her family, friends, teammates and coaches.  We hope to share Blaine's spirit with young female athletes and leaders so that they will see life as a series of opportunities rather than hurdles.  The Foundation will support projects that encourage these women to lead by example with Blaine's combination of grace and determination.  

We are happy to welcome back our Burpees For Blaine Team Challenge!  

Burpees for Blaine Team Challenge

The Burpees for Blaine Team Challenge is the perfect way to build camaraderie and team spirit and condition your team at the same time! "Teams" can be actual sports teams or any group of individuals who want to compete in the challenge together (i.e., sororities, fraternities, workplaces, etc.)

We encourage all teams to create a video of themselves "Doing Burpees for Blaine" and post it on social media. Participating teams will have the opportunity to compete for bragging rights and prizes in categories like:  Most Like Video on Facebook, Highest Cumulative Number of Burpees Performed and-Highest Amount of Donations Raised.
