Lizzys Lodge Inc

Lizzy's Lodge is primarily focused on the rescue and renewal of companion animals that have been abandoned, abused or neglected.  We recover most animals from local shelters, but do take in pets from individuals who can no longer care for them.  Most animals we rescue are in imminent danger of being euthanized.  Once we receive a pet, we get them vetted for the basic needs including vaccines and spay/neuter procedures.  We also address the more serious needs including heart and lung disease, orthopedic and soft tissue repairs, neurological issues, heartworm and other parasitic conditions, skin, dental and vision problems, among others.  In addition we provide time and love to help animals recover from the abuse and neglect they may have endured.  Our objective is to help each animal get ready to become a part of a new and permanent family.
