Loaves and Fishes Family Kitchen

On Tuesday, November 27th, 2018, Loaves & Fishes is participating in Giving Tuesday, a global day to give back. You can join us and help Loaves & Fishes feed our hungriest neighbors. 

Every day, we provide over 1,500 meals to 30 nonprofit partner organizations across Santa Clara and San Mateo County. We deliver meals to our guests who are receiving other critical services such as shelter, after-school programs, and recovery from domestic violence. 

Loaves & Fishes is 99.9% volunteer driven, with a small staff of 14.

1 in 4 children in the Bay Area is food insecure. This is higher than the national average of 1 in 6. In an area of such prosperity, No kid should go hungry. 

Annually we serve over half a million meals to children, families, seniors, students, veterans, and the homeless - all in need of a hot nutritious meal.
