Los Altos United Methodist Church & Hope's Corner

Your support makes our vision of “Touching Heaven, Changing Earth with head, heart and hands,” a reality! 

LAUMC reaches out to our community and around the world through our service, mission trips and financial support. In October 2014, during our "Compassion Week," instead of Sunday worship services, over 1200 volunteers of all ages from the congregation and community went out to 88 different projects and worked with local nonprofit agencies to provide assistance. We continue to strengthen these relationships throughout the year.

Hope's Corner is a free breakfast program provided every Saturday in partnership with Trinity UMC in Mountain View. More than just food, Hope's Corner provides a place to feel welcomed and build community. 

Our congregation offers financial and volunteer support to local organizations that address people's basic needs of food, shelter, and education. We also allocate a percentage of our budget to give to national and international causes. The goal of these gifts is to address immediate and ongoing needs of those who are suffering.
