Hey folks ... WE ARE SUPER EXCITED to run this campaign!!! 

We are celebrating tremendous success and want to build on the momentum. Over the past few months we were able to find several dear ones who were born with craniofacial deformities in rural and poverty stricken villages of India and provide them with FREE surgeries and holistic care. Now we have the opportunity to do more ... LOTS MORE ... A WHOLE LOT MORE!!!

In the month of February alone, we will be in South India (Karnataka) doing 4 medical camps to help several more folks born with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities. Through the year we expect to do at least 250 surgeries and we need to raise $150,000 to help get this project completed successfully. The more we raise the more people we can help. LWR was inspired by the story of Philip Mathews who was born with a condition called as Goldenhar Syndrome. He has overcome all odds to be where he is today. He is our hero. WHAT IS THE DEAL???

Let me explain! All over the world, children are born with severe craniofacial deformities--deformities of the bones in the skull or face. In fact, as many as one in 700 births result in clept lip and/or palate. In India alone there are 35,000 babies born with a cleft each year. Most are born in poor rural villages. These folks cannot afford the cost of surgeries and hence live a life of misery - a cursed life. 

Many of these children suffer complex health issues in addition to facing social rejection, neglect, and physical or emotional abuse; some are even killed upon birth. Most have no hope of a future and live their lives in misery.

What we are doing the month of February?

Our founder, Santhosh Mathews, will be going to India from Feb 5th to Feb 25th and will be posting weekly updates on the 4 medical camps.

So what do we do with YOUR money?

Love Without Reason has several partners in various parts of India. All donations given to LWR will be used for program expenses only. We do not have any salaried employees, and so no salaries are paid out of this amount. We guarantee that every single penny will go toward helping folks.

The money will be used to fund the following

• Cleft lip surgeries (average cost $400)
• Cleft palate surgeries (average cost $400)
• Anklyosis (TMJ)Cases where the patients have never opened their mouth - (average cost $1,000)
• Medical camps (average cost $1,000)
• Speech Therapy (average cost $200 per year)
• Education for our patients (average cost per year $150)
• Family transportation/lodging (average cost $150 per surgery depending on distance travelled and no of nights stay)
• Volunteer expenses (international and local travel/lodging)
