For 35 years, LYRIC has been building community and inspiring positive social change with LGBTQQ+ youth in San Francisco and the broader Bay Area.  What this means is growing and evolving our work to reflect the shifting needs of LGBTQQ+ youth.  As we continue to see attacks on the freedom and dignity of our youth and community across the United States, we hope you’ll find a way to stand up for our youth and actively support every child in our community. We owe it to them to create a world that honors, respects and appreciates LGBTQQ+ youth and their contributions.

$5: Will pay for bus or subway fare for 1 LGBTQ+ participant to come to our youth center 

$125: Will pay for meals and hygiene/safe sex kits for 5 LGBTQ+ youth during our drop-in resource hours 

$2,500: Will pay for emergency housing assistance for homeless youth

$10,000: Will pay for educational stipends for up to 100 youth
