Empowering Dreams and Changing Lives of persons living with a disability.

My Dreams Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization working to enhance programs and services in our local community for persons living with a disability. Our foundation is anchored by a board of directors either with a disability or the immediate family member of someone living with a disability. We are excited about the impact our programs are having in our community already! We have established the first scholarship program dedicated to student living with a disability in our parish. Our Special Strong, Healthy You program focuses on the health and wellbeing of persons with a disability and the caregiver. Our free modified fitness program has a waiting list, and we are seeking to expand access to impact even more families! Our Explorer Club is a social travel group for persons living with a disability and their families and we are excited to explore together on our first group trip to Disney World in April 2025. We are advocating daily for services and programs in our community that will allow every resident to thrive where they live, work, and play! We welcome you to join our efforts!
