Merrick Medical Center Foundation

Our basic mission is to provide Merrick Medical Center with supplemental income for capital, operating and program needs essential to its growth and development.

We are a 501(c)(3) organization, and our sole purpose is to provide financial assistance to Merrick Medical Center. We are governed by a Board of Directors. They are Dallas Zimbelman, Board Chairman; Brittany Santin, Vice Chairman, Scott Simonsen, Secretary/Treasurer, Dr. Blake Cover, Chief of Staff/ Board Member, Jodi Mohr, President & CEO MMC, Donna Jorgensen, Auxiliary Representative, Jane Hubka, Auxiliary Representative, Al Campbell, Board Member and Sheri Wruble, Board voting member. Foundation and Community Relations Program Manager is Misty Elliott at Merrick Medical Center.
