MS Bright Spots of Hope

Our programs educate by improving understanding on how to manage with Multiples Sclerosis through interactive programs enhancing physical & emotional wellness and knowledge of key healthcare/social support resources.
Our programs empower by expanding a social network, improving fitness thru challenging activities, and building confidence.
Our programs inspire through positive role models and increase hope to those in our community.  Our Recurring Programs include, Aquatics Locomotion, Fitness Friends, Destination, Dinner and Discover (D3),  and Sharing Socials.  We also have annual wellness and social programs such as MS Bright Day, Many Steps Towards Hope, Evening of Hope, MS Bright Spots Adaptable Adventure, and annual Holiday Party.
