Madison County Volunteer Lawyers

The over 300 volunteer attorneys of the MCVLP provide much needed legal assistance to those who cannot afford an attorney.  We help with basic needs cases such as child support, divorce, eviction, social security, unemployment, garnishment, probate, and consumer law.  Without a pro bono volunteer attorney, most of these individuals would have to either navigate the legal system alone, or forego their rights altogether.  Through the MCVLP, the promise of Justice for All can become a reality.
