Main Line Art Center

Since 1937, Main Line Art Center has been a creative destination for artists in Delaware County and beyond. Our mission is to inspire and engage people of all ages, abilities, and economic means in visual art through education, exhibitions, and experiences. We believe access to arts education and experiences are essential to one's growth and well-being.

In FY25, we served over 7,400 individuals through classes, workshops, free community events and exhibitions, and community partnerships. Our Accessible Art Program provides educational and professional artistic experiences to individuals with disabilities, as well as low-income families. 1,200 of these individuals benefitted from our Accessible Art Program, which has just celebrated 60 years in 2025. 

In order to ensure everyone has access to these experiences, we offer need-based scholarships to our community. Last year, we awarded 94 scholarships totaling $32,000. We saw an outpouring of support for our scholarship program from our community during Delco Gives 2025. This year, there is more of a need for scholarships than ever before. 

We have over 25 families on our scholarship waitlist. With your help, we can raise $10,000 and give every child on our waitlist the Main Line Art Center "Summer of Color" experience, where they may find a new passion, a new friend, or a new way of expressing themselves through artmaking!
