AvanZamos® - MANA provides meaningful and educational opportunities for hundreds of participants each year to interact with and network with a national Hispanic community leaders and opinion shapers through workshops and trainings that will help them enhance their own local Chapters and communities.

HERMANITAS® - Started in 1991, the National HERMANITAS® initiative is the only national mentoring program designed to encourage Hispanic adolescent girls to stay in school, pursue high academic goals and encourage healthy attitudes and safe practices.

MANA's expansive network has made the organization a viable tool for reaching the Latino community at the grassroots level. Each local chapter is supported by the commitment of passionate volunteers who are dedicated to the educational, health, political, and economic advancement of Latinos in their respective communities; who are also committed to the shared goals of the national organization, headquartered in Washington, DC.
