Mano a Mano Mexican Culture Without Borders

Mano a Mano: Mexican Culture Without Borders (MexCulture) is a New York-based 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization dedicated to celebrating Mexican culture. Founded in 2000 as a Community Cultural Initiative at the Center for Traditional Music and Dance, Mano a Mano became an independent nonprofit organization in 2006.

Mano a Mano works with an extensive network of artists and artisans to showcase Mexico's rich and diverse cultural traditions and promote and preserve Mexican arts and culture throughout the New York Metropolitan area.

Mano a Mano exists to celebrate the diversity of Mexican culture, its people, and traditions. Through the engagement in folk and traditional arts, Mano a Mano fosters the integration of the Mexican community in New York and helps new generations of Mexican-Americans develop a strong sense of identity and a true understanding of their heritage.
