How do I find the Path to Higher Eduucation?

Rachal serves her community as a clerk with a local thrift store. She was frustrated as she lugged an appliance out to the van of a customer. Yet she was equally frustrated at the lack of higher education in McCall. Rachal had completed high school in McCall and was now giving back to her community through hard work as a solid worker. Yet she wanted to do more; she wanted to learn more. Sadly, she thought that there wasn't a college within a hundred miles.

Rachal's eyes lit up when she heard the story of McCall College, a new college in her own community.  She didn't realize that the college had begun.  She didn't know that the college was registered by the State of Idaho to offer certificates in those fields that would help her.  She didn't know where the college was located.  She didn't know that McCall College had already begun higher education classes in health care, business, computers, geology and art.  She didn't know that the classes were at night so that she could begin her education and keep working. Rachal's eyes grew brighter as the story continued.

Rachal didn't know that citizens from all across this region were determined to make education for her a reality.  She didn't know.  She just needed more education.
