Mcqueen Band Parents Association

We are here to ensure that every child that wants to participate in band has that opportunity. Students learn many virtues while in band: Respect for others, Responsibility, Time Management, Leadership, Mentoring, Patience, how to be a Team Player, these are just a few of them. McQueen Marching Band was in the Tournament of Roses Parade this past January 2014. Our band currently has 120 participants and we are hoping to grow in the future. This is one of the reasons we constantly fund raise. McQueen Marching band is a Northern Nevada Band from Reno, NV. and we go to three out of state competitions every year. School Districts do not have the funds to truly support Art Departments any longer so we are always looking for donations. A helping hand is always appreciated.
