MedWish International

For more than 25 years, MedWish International has provided medical supplies and equipment to desperately underserved communities throughout the world. Based in Cleveland, MedWish has benefited from the generosity of the world-class medical institutions of Northeast Ohio. Now, during the global health crisis presented by COVID-19, MedWish is stepping up to give back to the local community.

Essential equipment to protect front-line health care workers and vulnerable individuals in our community is in critically short supply amid the outbreak. MedWish is working closely with local health care authorities and community leaders to support and provide donations of masks, gowns, goggles, face shields, respiratory supplies, and hygiene supplies. 

So far, MedWish has distributed 191,905 masks, 12,597 gowns, 115,885 gloves, 13,044 eye shields and other PPE, 16,865 pediatric & adult respiratory supplies, and 2 ventilators. Internationally, MedWish has distributed 70,160 masks, 4,765 gowns, 33,246 gloves, and 222 goggles.
