Member to Member Inc

The Member-to-Member Fund was created by Northwestern Rural Electric Cooperative Association, Inc. in 1985 to help members keep their lights on. The foundation was established by members of Northwestern REC and supports members of Northwestern REC. 

Providing a hand-up to members who are facing hardships, Member-to-Member accepts donations from anyone - whether they are a member of Northwestern REC or not. Every dollar raised directly assists our members in need, helping them avoid disconnection. 

Support from the community is vital for the Member-to-Member program to continue to support those in need. With the rising costs of living, your support means more now than ever, and will impact your neighbors throughout northwestern Pennsylvania.
