Memorial Foundation works to advance the mission of Memorial Community Health, "Improving Lives through Community Health Services."

When Memorial Hospital first opened its doors in 1964, we offered the latest in technology and design. Since that time, two new patient wings, and more than a half-dozen expansions and renovations have been completed. Today, four health entities operate under the "Memorial Community Health'" umbrella: Memorial Hospital, Memorial Community Care, Memorial Health Clinic and East Park Villa. Each is aided by Memorial Foundation which works to maintain exceptional healthcare in Hamilton County by securing charitable funding from local individuals and organizations. Collectively and individually we are dedicated to achieving our mission of improving lives through community health services.
