Men Beni Gardening

Mén Beni Gardening is essential to how we live, heal, and grow as a community. We are not just planting gardens, we are cultivating people. Our work teaches individuals how to tap into themselves, reclaim their power, and create their own futures through nature-based learning rooted in culture, dignity, and community care.

At the heart of everything we do are our three pillars:

Renew

We help community members restore their well-being, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Whether through fresh produce distribution, youth activities, wellness workshops, or elder support, we create spaces that bring life back into our neighborhoods.

Reconnect

We guide people back to themselves, their culture, their land, and their purpose. Through programs like Papillon in the Garden, Sip & Plant, and Mind-Full Sundays, we rebuild the relationship between people and nature, between families, and between communities that deserve to feel seen and supported.

Reawaken

We empower youth, families, and elders to rediscover their identity and discover their full potential. Through TÉ NOU: The Earth is Ours, Manjé Avec Mwen, and our community activations, we spark leadership, creative expression, environmental justice, and a renewed sense of possibility for the future.

In neighborhoods navigating food insecurity, displacement, and the loss of SNAP resources, Mén Beni Gardening emerges in real-time, offering groceries, wellness services, mental health support, cultural education, and hands-on engagement that strengthens community resilience.

We teach people how to grow:
