The word ministry means "to meet needs".  Since 2007, Men Sharpening Men (MSM) has sought to meet the spiritual, emotional and mental needs of men.  We are helping men accept responsibility, lead and love courageously, while not living a passive life but having the vision to walk with God for a lifetime.       

We have a saying, "My compromise today will set the next generations standards".  We must stop lowering our standards. MSM seeks to EQUIP men to FOLLOW Jesus and MOBILIZE them to REPRODUCE Christ intentionally.  Modeling well what it looks like to not be ashamed of Christ, act like men, be effective husbands, strategic dads and leaders in our workplace/community.   These are the ENTRUSTED LEADERS and AMBASSADORS of Christ.
