Our Mission:

At Military Women’s Collective, we are dedicated to supporting and empowering women veterans through programs and services designed to create a sense of belonging, foster personal growth, and promote wellness. We work tirelessly to reduce the rates of suicide among women veterans by offering retreats, peer support, networking opportunities, wellness activities, and community-building events that connect them to a supportive community.

We envision a world where every woman veteran has the opportunity to thrive—where she feels valued, supported, and connected. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where women veterans can find purpose, build relationships, and access the resources they need to succeed. We believe that by standing together, we can combat isolation and create a world where every woman veteran has the opportunity to lead a fulfilled life.

Our Values:

We live by the CARES values to guide our work and provide meaningful support to women veterans:

• Connection: We foster strong, lasting connections among women veterans. Through our programs, they find community, camaraderie, and peer support.
• Adventure: We believe in creating opportunities for women veterans to step outside their comfort zones, whether through outdoor retreats, guided hikes, or new experiences that build confidence and joy.
• Resilience: We help women veterans build resilience by offering programs that focus on healing, wellness, and mental health support, empowering them to overcome challenges and thrive.
• Engagement: We engage women veterans through networking events, workshops, and community-building activities that help them develop personal and professional skills.
• Support: We provide the support that women veterans need to navigate life after service, offering resources that promote well-being and emotional recovery.

How You Can Make a Difference:

Your generous donations help fund our life-changing programs, including:

• Healing Retreats  – Providing safe spaces for reflection, rejuvenation, and building lasting connections.
• Peer Support Networks – Connecting women veterans together with other who understand their unique challenges and to share experiences, gain mentorship, and build their support system.
• Networking & Community Events – Strengthening personal and professional connections among women veterans.
• Wellness Programs – Including hiking, gardening, and other activities that promote physical, emotional, and mental health.
• Tai Chi & Paint & Sip Fundraising Event (January 2025) – A fun and engaging way to support women veterans while promoting wellness and creativity.
