Through prevention and empowerment efforts, we imagine a future where all our youth and adults are free from substance abuse. We envision a community where all citizens have consistent, dependable access to nutritious food. By providing opportunities and programs to grow we empower our youth to reach their full potential. We bring together key partners and community members to build a healthier community. 

MCYC programming falls into four pillars: health and wellness; food access; youth empowerment; and community engagement. Our work includes youth empowerment groups, community mentoring, parent support, and food programming. We are raising funds to help take our mentoring program online and to fund several food access solutions during this COVID crisis. Donations will help fund the CricketTogether e-mentoring platform, allowing us to match even more kids with adult mentors despite social distancing. We also will be able to sponsor community dinners take-out style, and a weekend backpack program that provides extra meals to food insecure students and their families during their virtual learning days. Together, we can make a difference!
