Kindness Kottage

A non-profit Christian organization created to Serve MISD residents with a Food Pantry and Emergency Assistance in hopes of reducing Hunger and enhancing quality of life.

This is our 42nd year of service to our community. We are an entity that exists by the Power of People helping People. The very idea of Kindness Kottage was born in the heart of a woman wanting to help those in need in 1983 and our growth was accomplished by the uniting of others who believed in this Mission. The dedication of people wanting to help others is our Foundation and our Passion is providing our Food Pantry and Emergency Utility & Prescription Assistance programs for our clients that live in the Mineola School District. We also provide a large Resale Store with great low prices for our community. It is truly a beautiful circle of people donating, shopping or volunteering with us that keeps Kindness Kottage alive.
