MiraCosta College Foundation

Vision: Educational opportunities for all. 

Students: This year 20,000+ students are expected to enroll in MiraCosta College for two-year degrees, certificates, adult education, or high impact training programs. Nearly 30% of students are the first in their families to attend college. In addition, 60% are women and 60% are students of color – illustrating our commitment to equity, inclusion, and a racially just campus. 

College, Smarter: Students who earn degrees from community colleges have dramatically less Student Debt: 59% of students earn a degree from community college with zero debt versus 12% of students who graduate from a for-profit 4-year college.
