Monadnock Worksource

For the past 54 years, Monadnock Worksource has been working together with local people with developmental and intellectual disabilities, providing support, training, and guidance as they strive to live the life that they choose. Together we assist Individuals with disabilities to explore their own interests and talents, become actively engaged within their own local community, while living as independently as possible. Our supports allow adults with disabilities to be valued members of their community, contributing through paid and volunteer employment, and enjoying the health, wellness and recreational activities the Monadnock Region has to offer.

Who We Are

Monadnock Worksource is a private not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization established in 1971 by a group of parents of young people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We work together with the people we serve to promote personal growth, help develop lasting social and employment relationships, and protect individual health and safety. We are committed to ongoing learning and to refining communication, social, academic, employment, and recreation skills. We serve people with disabilities living throughout the greater Monadnock Region, working with them to increase their levels of independence, their active and productive participation within their local communities, and their sense of accomplishment and personal satisfaction.
