Mosaic recognizes that people with intellectual disabilities desire and deserve greater independence and closer ties to the community. By developing and expanding community connections, we create new social, volunteer and employment opportunities.

Mosaic empowers people in their unique pursuit of happiness. Providing truly personalized services, we help people achieve their goals and dreams. Mosaic stands alongside people with intellectual disabilities to bring awareness to issues that affect their lives. We actively advocate for disability rights, encourage self-advocacy and promote public policy that positively impacts the people we serve.

Today, Mosaic of Denver serves more than 60 people with intellectual disabilities across the mountains and metro. We believe that our people deserve the opportunity to experience fullness of life not only by providing them with cheerful homes and supports consistent with their individual preferences but helping them achieve their goals by giving them a voice to their wants and needs.

As we enter our second century of service, we continue to stand with and for people with intellectual disabilities as friends and advocates, and we have a plan for the future.

• People with disabilities should have the resources to live a full life of their choosing.  (Many people with intellectual disabilities live in poverty with only $40 a month for personal needs.)
• People should be able to seek meaningful work and fill their days with activities they enjoy.
• They should be able to participate in their communities in the ways that bring them satisfaction.

Supports at Mosaic are designed around the person receiving them.W e develop a customized plan for each person we serve to help them reach their goals. This is done through natural conversations with staff, loved ones and guardians, as well as through more formal systems like Personal Outcome Measures®, Individualized Service Plans and more. Services span housing, community support, healthcare coordination, job coaching and more to ensure that all of aspects of a person’s health and life are addressed.

Available Services: Group Setting, Mental and Behavioral Health,  and Autism Services, Mosaic at Home, Supported Living (24/7), and Supported Living (Hourly)
