Mothers are the spark of regeneration. When we care for the well-being of mothers, we create a ripple effect of well-being for future generations. When nature is brought into the equation, mothers and families remember how to connect with and mutually care for the earth’s well-being too.

What We Do

Empowering Mothers as Environmental Leaders: We empower mothers to become catalysts for environmental change, positioning them as leaders within their families and communities to promote sustainable practices.

Addressing Parental Mental Health in Nature: In response to the former U.S. Surgeon General's warning on parental mental health, we lead support groups for mothers in San Mateo County. Utilizing forest therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and other healing practices in natural settings, we foster connection and well-being.

Counteracting Screen Addiction through Nature Engagement: We provide alternatives to screen addiction by engaging parents, children, and families in nature-based community events and environmental service activities, grounding them in the present and fostering environmental stewardship.

Building Family Resilience to Climate Change: We enhance family resilience to climate challenges by fostering intrinsic connections to nature through education and service, promoting environmentalism across generations.

Fostering Lifelong Social and Environmental Responsibility: We encourage mothers to embrace leadership roles within their families by anchoring values in nature connection, thereby fostering lifelong social and environmental responsibility for future generations.
