Mansfield-Richland Area Educational Foundation

Our programs empower youth and adults to become leaders that generate impact for Richland County. 

The Mansfield-Richland Area Educational Foundation (Chamber Foundation) operates two key programs:

1. Leadership Unlimited (LU) develops individuals into effective business and community leaders. This community leadership program expands participants’ knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within Richland County through tours, activities, and discussions. 
2. Young Leaders Institute (YLI) offers high school sophomores an opportunity to grow as leaders, learn about career pathways, and explore their community. The program empowers students to have two-way conversations with business and community leaders about issues that matter to them.
