Founded in 2005, we have to date built 60 new single family houses in the area we call "Sinai Village". In 2019, we began work on a comprehensive neighborhood planning effort. Our phase III development goal will be to add 40 additional units of housing, We will also develop a community center, small business office space, retail space, grocery store and a community amphitheater.
