Music Theatre West

In addition to fabulous Broadway quality musicals, Music Theatre West has begun an education outreach program at the elementary school level. As a team, we have worked directly with over 200 1st, 4th and 5th grade students. It is a JOY to share theatrical experiences with them. We would like to continue this program and expand into another school this next year. WE NEED YOUR HELP! It costs us $3000 per school to take professionals into the classrooms. Small donations go a long way! If each of our FRIENDS donates $20, we will be well on our way!

We believe the depth and beauty of the human experience can be shared through theatre arts.  We strive to reflect the values of our community while nurturing relationships, developing skill and character, and inspiring excellence in everything we create. We are committed to championing extraordinary local talent, both onstage and behind the scenes regardless of age or experience. 

Music Theatre West believes that participating in exceptional theatre, whether as a cast member or in the audience, can create human connections that uplift and inspire our community.  When communities come together, we learn from each other, support each other and create a sense of pride that invigorates the places we live, work and raise families. We believe tht talent can be fostered in a positive environment that radiates from performer to audience and connects us in a way that is unique to the theatrical experience.
