Mustard Seed Academy of Miami Inc

Mustard Seed Academy grew out of our journey with our son, Luciano, who is autistic with a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile. As parents, we quickly realized how few spaces existed where children like him could feel truly safe, understood, and free to learn without pressure. Just as important, we longed for a place where we, as a family, could feel seen, supported, and surrounded by community.

When we couldn’t find that space, we decided to create it.

Mustard Seed Academy is now a place where children and families of all neurotypes are welcomed and celebrated. Through our programs—like Knowledge Seed (a gentle learning pod), Wonder Seed (inclusive art workshops), Seeds of Friendship (social groups), and Illumination Seed (parent gatherings)—we focus on connection, nervous system safety, and community.

Every day we see how transformative it is for families to finally find a place where they belong. Parents exhale when they no longer feel alone. Children blossom when their needs are understood and respected.

But we also know that many families who need this most cannot afford access. Your support helps us extend scholarships and make sure no family is turned away.
