In 2008 our founder Vicki Groves and her husband Dave lost their home and everything in it, in a defastating fire. They have rebuilt their home, and their lives, and its time to build the kennel Vicki has always dreamed of having. Even after their terrible lose, they still continued their rescue. With specializing in puppymill dogs, and special medical needs, the vet bills get VERY high and adoption donations don't always cover the expenses we have in these precious rescues. So due to bills, the kennel keeps getting put on the back burner. Dave works a full time job and is building the kennel in his off time, to save labor costs. Rescue in very hard in the winter. Since alot of our furbaby space is outdoors we really are desparate to have a nice heated space for them. We are a 501c3 rescue so all donations are tax deductible.
