Each year the Y provides more than $3 million in scholarships and subsidies to our neighbors in need. Through services and programs offered by the Y, more than 100,000 local children and adults are able to achieve their goals while finding a place to belong and building relationships with others. Just this past year the Y hosted 3,000 kids for the best summer ever at day camp and another 4,000 discovered independence at overnight camp. More than 15,000 seniors overcame isolation at the Y and 7,000 young athletes built confidence through youth sports. The Y provided more than 545,000 free meals and snacks to children in our programs and 6,500 swimmers learned water safety essentials.
